I think Luna somehow found out about Tony and his special discount. She walked in wearing an extremely short skirt and high heels looking like a runway model. She seemed hesitant to buy anything waiting for Tony to offer her the discount. After admiring her beautiful feet as she walked around the store he made her an offer that she couldnt refuse.
